Part of our commitment is to fully investigate each
worker before employment including personal reference
checking, licensure verification, criminal records checks,
CPR certification, and drug testing. Hephzibah caregivers
also receive a health screening prior to employment
and annually thereafter to ensure they are free of tuberculosis
